What happens if my car gets damaged?

In the rare event your car does get damaged as a result of listing your car on ShiftRide, we will be able to take care of it for you under our insurance coverage. We require you to report any issues regarding damage to your car within 48 hour of the incident through Messaging us on Facebook or emailing us at info@shiftride.com. We will do an inspection and fix the issue for you. If this causes an inconvinience for you, we will try to provide you with an alternative method of transporation until your car is fixed.
