What happens if my car gets stolen?

In the rare event your car is stolen as a result of listing your car on ShiftRide, we will be able to take care of it for you under our insurance coverage. We require you to report any issues regarding the auto theft within 48 hour of the incident through Messaging us on Facebook or emailing us at info@shiftride.com. While we take care of things for you, if this causes an inconvinience for you, we will try to provide you with an alternative method of transporation until we re-imburse you.
