What happens if I receive a ticket that's not mine?

If you do receive a ticket in the mail or on the car that you haven't received and suspect is a result of listing a booking with ShiftRide, we will be able to reimburse you for it and collect the fee from the responsible user. We require you to send us a copy of the ticket through Messaging us on Facebook or emailing us at support@shiftride.com.
