What happens if I receive a ticket in the mail that's not mine?

If you do receive a ticket in the mail that you haven't received and suspect is a result of listing your car on ShiftRide, we will be able to take care of it for you by collecting the fee from the responsible renter. We require you to send us a copy of the ticket through Messaging us on Facebook or emailing us at info@shiftride.com.
