What happens if my car is returned dirty?

In the event that your car is dirty after a user returns it, ShiftRide will take care of cleaning the inside and/or outside of the car for you at no cost to you. If you’d like to handle the cleaning on your own, ShiftRide could alternatively reimburse you the cleaning fees. Please report the incident within 48 hours through Messaging us on Facebook or emailing us at support@shiftride.com.
